Last call for applications for this years Youth Trooper Academy! This week Troopers in the Northern Plains spoke to students at the Newell High School and demonstrated some of the technology used by troopers in their duties.

Makerspace Keva Plank Structure Challenge, 3rd Grade. They had to work as teams to create an original structure using the Keva Planks. They constructed an old West train and depot, a boat and boat dock, a castle, and an old West homestead and corrals.

The Newell Junior Class presents Prom 2022 Shining in Luxury on April 9th. Tickets are $8.00 for singles and $15.00 for couples. Tickets are available now through April 6th in Mrs. Carrier's room. Out-of-town dates must register in the high school office by April 4th. Grand March 7:00 pm in Austin Auditorium.

The elementary students celebrated read across America day by having our 9th annual character walk. The student dressed up as their favorite book character and walked the red carpet while their classroom teacher read the write-up about their book. Great job students!
