We had three athletes qualify to compete at State Track in May. While they competed well, none of them had their best performance of the season. Lucille Ahart and Sam High experienced their first state meet. Sarah Erk also attended. Sarah just barely missed the opening height of 4'10" which was equal to her season best. Lucille ran a really good 2-mile and was only 4 seconds away from a PR. Sam's race didn't go as planned as she hit a hurdle early in the race, so she was off her PR by quite a bit.
