
The 7/8th grade team finished off their season with a 2nd place finish out of 8 teams in the Newell tournament. These girls played their hearts out today, we could not be prouder of them!


A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the Candy Gram sales during the freshmen fundraiser! Together, you contributed quite a bit to send your family and many friends a sweet treat and message, and a few even donated cash anonymously, "from Santa's elves"! Today starts the 8 days of Christmas countdown! Please support the high school student council and the backpack program by your donation of canned goods if you are able.


The Middle School girls basketball team got to go to the BHSU games followed by a team dinner at Applebee’s. It was an awesome time getting to check out some college games and many great memories were made!



The high school basketball seasons kicks off this weekend! Two home double headers! Come out and support the Irrigators!

Newell GBB will be selling tickets for this Star quilt donated by Pandi Pittman. We will be drawing for the winner February 5th at the basketball game.
Tickets are 1 for $1, or 12 for $10.

The Sheltered Reality Drum group did a presentation at the Newell School this morning. They had a positive message about taking chances, never giving up, to believe in yourself, and to spread kindness. Thank you Mr. Steven Schoenfish for bringing them to the school.

The High School Student Council would like to announce that we are doing the 8 Days of Christmas Spirit starting on December 11th.
We are asking if you are able please bring a canned good to donate to the backpack program each Monday of December. If you can't donate and still want to dress up that is perfectly fine! You can drop off canned goods at either office or Mrs. Muckridge's office.
