Congratulations to the Newell Boys golf team finishing 1st with a 294 and qualifying for the state tournament in Watertown June 4th and 5th.
Congratulations to the Newell Girls golf team finishing 2nd with 379 and qualifying for the state tournament in Watertown on June 4th and 5th.
Individually top finishers were Huttson Weeldreyer 5th,John Jackson finished 9th, Chase Vanderboom 12th. On the girls side Abbie Nelson 2nd, Kassidy Weeldreyer 4th.

Senior Project fair took place today. 10 seniors showcased the projects they have been working on throughout the year. Projects range from mechanic, genealogy, medical fields, ag fields, ect. They have put a lot of work into it and have also learned a few things about their futures. Good job seniors and thank you to those that came and saw what they accomplished.
The message sign in the front of the school is not in service. It was replaced today with a newer version and the software and internal components have not been installed.
