Elks Foundation Most Valuable Student Scholarship Any high school senior who is a US citizen may apply. Qualifications: Scholarship Leadership Financial Need Award Amount: 500 four-year awards ranging from $4000 to $50000. Applications open online starting August 5, 2019 and close on November 5, 2019.
