Established in 2004, the Minnehaha Sertoma Club Scholarship encourages young people to maximize their opportunities for personal growth and career potential by pursuing post-secondary education.
Because speech and hearing are the focus of Sertoma Club philanthropy worldwide, Both Sertoma Clubs have a special interest in students who have hearing loss. Awards are given annually to graduating seniors who have been served by the South Dakota School for the Deaf.
REQUIREMENTS
Be a graduating high school senior
Have been served by the South Dakota School for the Deaf
Plan to attend an accredited college, university, community college, vocational or technical school
* Preference will be given to current residents of South Dakota
