This scholarship was created by the Will of Emma Gramberg Millner who was a long-time rural school teacher in Pennington County. Her Will established a trust fund to provide scholarships under the following conditions:
- Applicants must be a senior or graduates of high schools located in Pennington County, west of the Cheyenne River, or all of Custer County, South Dakota.\r\n
- Applicants must be residents of either of the above areas for a minimum of three years prior to applying for the scholarship.\r\n
- Applicants must plan to attend or be enrolled full-time at an accredited public or private, two-year or four-year college, university, or an accredited nursing school located in South Dakota.\r\n
- Recipients must have minimum GPA of 2.0.\r\n
The deadline for submission of the online portion of the application is February 1, 2019. Deadline for receipt of the additional required materials is 5:00 pm est February 1, 2019. The additional materials required must be mailed in ONE envelope to
